Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything right - you’re visualising, journaling, reciting your affirmations – but somehow, you’re still not manifesting the life you truly desire? Although manifesting techniques are simple to use, and consistency is key, we often overlook the problem of blocks and hindering habits that keep us for manifesting the blessings the Universe intends for us. The biggest impediment to a successful manifesting practice is the energetic clutter we carry. Our habits and ways of thinking create “codes” within our energy field that perpetuate specific frequencies of energy – and they can oppose our intentions, block our progress and hold us back from our ambitions. Limiting beliefs, unresolved emotions and subconscious resistance based on our past experiences can stand between us and a life of abundance, hope, success, love and prosperity; they can stand between us and our divine inheritance.

The truth is, we are spiritual beings with a divine inheritance - a sacred inner truth that says we are already enough, already whole, and already connected to the flow of abundance in the Universe. But to fully claim that inheritance, we have to do more than just want it. We have to clear the blocks, heal the wounds, and re- align with our true nature. Your soul is always connected with your Divine Source – the Eternal Now – the Power That Moves The Universe; on some level your energy body is in a state of perpetual communion, being nourished and nurtured by the love and light that underpins all of creation. But as we go about our lives, we’re not continuously conscious of that connection – and we’re not meant to be! We’ve incarnated at the level of 3D reality in order to experience and learn the lessons of the physical realm; we’re here to interact with divinity in a way that wouldn’t be possible without our consciousness being predominantly aligned with our 3D reality. It always makes me chuckle when people start throwing around ideas about “transcending the 3D reality” and “living fully in 5D consciousness”. If you were to achieve that, it would mean you had stopped living! The Universe doesn’t make mistakes. If you have incarnated as a 3D being, then you have a purpose that can only be achieved by embracing that reality. When we connect with high frequency energies through energy healing practices, these cannot provide us with any benefits or healing at all unless those energies are translated through us into the physical, 3D plane of existence. If you think the 3D reality is less spiritually significant than higher levels of existence, you’re very much missing the point! All expressions of life and creation are sacred, and proceed from the Divine Source (aka The Universe, God, Source etc)

Most of our limitations come from old patterns, many of which we didn’t consciously choose. Whether it’s societal conditioning, family beliefs, or past trauma, we internalise messages that tell us we’re not worthy, not capable, or not allowed to receive more. Or, as described above, we try to distance ourselves from the 3D reality by perpetuating ideas that it is somehow undesirable or inferior!

These blocks often show up as:

- Chronic self-doubt or low self- worth - Fear of failure or fear of success - Scarcity mindset ("there’s never enough") - Negative self-talk or limiting language - Feeling disconnected from our intuition - Being ungrounded or indulging in escapism No matter how many vision boards we make, if we don’t believe we deserve what we want, on some level we’re always working against ourselves. Low self-esteem can be a pernicious problem; we often don’t recognise it because it can arise from life-long habits of thought, based on experiences that are no longer relevant to our lives except that we haven’t moved on from them consciously. If you’ve never known another way of being, it can be hard to identify the blocks in order to move beyond them. Energy healing helps dissolve these blocks on a deep energetic level, making it easier to align with the flow of abundance and manifest our goals.

Divine Inheritance: What It

Your Divine Inheritance is your original state; it’s the balance of life, light, love and energy that corresponds with your original energetic blueprint. We’re not born with low self-esteem, fears or blocks based on negative experiences – we start accumulating those as our consciousness develops; and hopefully, as our consciousness progresses, we develop the wisdom that allows us to overcome any limitations we’ve developed over time. When you are fully in alignment with your Divine Inheritance, you remember who you are at your core: a radiant soul, connected to an infinite source of love, abundance and possibility. When you awaken to this reality, you can easily overcome subconscious and energetic blocks, remember your soul’s purpose, activate your inner power to create and manifest, bring peace and confidence to your daily life, and progress your path to wholeness by aligning with your highest timeline and true potential.
