Welcome back to the blog! I’ve had a beautiful week celebrating Valentines Day with my partner and working with some of the newly restored energy healing courses (Good Fortune Prosperity Reiki, Multidimensional Self Flush and the Ocean Mother Full Moon Initiation). Connecting with new energies can really refresh your spiritual practice! And I’ve just added another modality from the archive that I think will inspire you: Guardian Angel Reiki If you’ve ever experienced the sense that someone is watching over you, or felt a presence during your healing work or spiritual practice, this attunement system may resonate with you strongly! Many of us have experienced times when, in the midst of a highly stressful or painful situation, we suddenly receive a sign (seeing a ladybird or butterfly, or recognising an “angel number” nearby) and suddenly feel at peace, protected and supported. These can all be signs of angelic presence – little nudges from the spiritual realms to remind you that you are not alone, you are safe, and someone’s looking out for you. That’s the kind of gentle, loving presence that many associate with Guardian Angels - divine protectors that guide, heal, and uplift us throughout our journey in this world. Whether you see them as celestial beings, higher-dimensional guides, or manifestations of divine energy, Guardian Angels have been recognized in spiritual traditions across the world for their protective and supportive nature. What Are Guardian Angels?

Guardian Angels are spiritual guides assigned to us at birth, or perhaps light-beings that we were connected with before birth and who are charged with overseeing our spiritual evolution as we navigate the challenges, trials and joys of life. They are beings of pure love and light that help us to remember our own inner light, and can help us to live in accordance with our highest spiritual principles. Unlike spirit guides, who may come and go throughout our spiritual evolution, Guardian Angels are with us from the beginning and never leave our side.

Signs of Angelic Presence,

Their role isn’t to interfere with free will, but rather to offer guidance, healing, and comfort when we need it most. They communicate through signs, synchronicities, and intuition, often working behind the scenes to point us in the right direction through intuition, dreams, visions and signs. If you’ve ever seen repeating numbers, found a white feather in an unusual place, or felt a sudden wave of calm in the midst of chaos, you might have experienced a Guardian Angel connection moment without even realizing it! Sometimes a Guardian Angel visitation can be felt as an electrical sensation or tingling that’s accompanied by a sense of deep peace and calm. When your Guardian Angel is with you, you feel like you are “home”; and you may not consciously be aware of their presence, but intuitively may feel that someone is communicating with you. Angelic communication often comes through feelings and hunches rather than words; and the feeling may be accompanied by impressions like colours or symbols, that you can intuitively interpret. Working with energy healing modalities can help you to develop your sensitivity to different energies, and to more accurately receive angelic guidance.

Guardian Angels don’t always make themselves known in obvious ways, but they do leave clues for those tuned into their communication methods. Here are some common signs to look out for: • Repeating numbers (like 1111, 444, or 777) – These can be angelic messages of encouragement or divine alignment. • Sudden waves of peace or warmth – Even in the middle of stress or sadness, you may feel an unexplainable sense of calm. • Finding white feathers – A classic sign of angelic presence. • Hearing your name when no one is around – A subtle reminder that you’re being watched over. • Seeing flashes of light or glowing orbs – This is sometimes reported by those who work closely with angelic energy. • Feeling a gentle touch or breeze when alone – A physical sign of their presence. If you experience any of these, take a moment to tune in and see if your Guardian Angels are trying to communicate with you. Ask them out loud, or silently in your mind if they are with you, and if they have a message for you. You may not receive an immediate answer as time moves differently in the celestial realms – but if you stay tuned to those angelic frequencies, through inspiration, signs and dreams, your angels may clarify their message. The angels are always working for your higher good – so if you feel they are not telling you what you should do in a particularly difficult situation, it may be that making that difficult decision or navigating those difficult circumstances are providing you with important lessons for your soul; and although your angels would never intervene to change those circumstances and deny you the spiritual growth that may come from them, just knowing that you are not alone and someone is cheering your from the sidelines can give you the confidence to face life’s challenges.
